The predecessor of MiennamPetro is company specializing in importing and distributing lubricants and chemicals in the Vietnamese market. Affirming outstanding quality and competitive prices with imported lubricants and chemicals of the same type, the products are well received by Vietnamese consumers and have made strong progress. In 2009, the MiennamPetro Lubricant and Chemical Blending Plant project was started in Thinh Phat Industrial Park – Long An province, to meet the increasing demand of customers while reducing product costs as well as contributing to economic growth and creating jobs for Vietnamese people in general and Long An in particular.

By early 2011, the MiennamPetro lubricant and chemical factory officially came inro operation, with quality products according to international standards, MiennamPetro’s products contributed to improving competitiveness with famous foreign lubricant brands, while affirming the position of Vietnamese lubricant brands in the domestic and global markets.

Requirements

  • Graduated from intermediate level or higher in Business Administration or related fields such as economics, industry, chemical engineering, chemistry, petroleum and related fields
  • Good command of English, good communication skills, proficient in office software
  • Experienced in sales, regional management, and distributor management
  • Have a keen sense of commerce, self-directed and motivated, results-oriented with a positive outlook and a clear focus on quality and business profits
  • Ability to travel far in the assigned area

Job description

  • Responsible for researching and monitoring the market to develop appropriate business strategies, identify competitors to be able to solve problems that customers are interested in effectively, have questions, or compare products
  • Responsible for searching, approaching potential customers, consulting, answering customer questions, closing orders for online sales, etc. Expand list of potential customers via phone, email marketing, etc.
  • Take care, maintain, and create relationships with old customers. Be responsible for the set sales target
  • Be responsible for receiving and processing orders. Monitor customer feedback until customers agree to receive and pay. Provide and experience the best service for customers, receive and answer questions and complaints from customers,
  • Coordinate and connect with departments such as the marketing department (implement product promotion plans on social networking sites, SEO web, and e-commerce sites), accounting department (coordinate to carry out reviews), and control customer debt….)
  • Customer care, receive, process, and answer. Questions and complaints from customers
  • Job details and development orientation will be discussed during the interview
