INTERN – ACCOUNTING/FINANCE

What you will do

Our paid internship program for Vietnamese students offers insight into where a career at Lidl & Kaufland Asia could take you. You will be matched with a buddy for the duration of the three–month or six-month program and offered the opportunity to participate in skills-based and behavioral training courses. Training will be available on the job and will be tailored to the team you are placed in. Our internships offer competitive pay and benefits and are based in Lidl & Kaufland Vietnam office in district 1, Ho Chi Minh City.

At the end of this program, interns will establish a strong internal network with fellow interns, colleagues, and senior stakeholders across the business. They will also gain access to in-house training courses and be mentored by experienced teammates across various divisions.

1. Accounting

• Posting expense claim
• Printing and filling supporting document accounting VAS (Vietnam accounting standard)
• Translating from English to Vietnamese for general ledger

2. Tax:

• Preparing tax filling, supporting docs as tax service agency’s requirement

What you will need

• Our internships for students in Finance and Accounting who have not yet graduated
• Students at 3^rd or 4^th year in Accounting/Finance, English program
• Basic knowledge about VAS & IFRS
• Good English skill at speaking, comprehension and writing
• Good at Microsoft Office, especially at Excel
• Able to work full time or at least 6 days/month
• Detailed mindset, “can do” attitude, willing to learn
