Job Description

  • Develop and implement short- and long-term sales. Policies through the Hoa Sen Home chain system
  • Develop and implement sales policies, price support, discounts and promotional programs
  • Propose and implement sales promotion agendas, and coordinate with the Marketing Department to develop advertising programs, product promotion, communication and marketing
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve customer complaints/feedback about products
  • Train sales staff about product knowledge in the assigned area
  • Advise the Board of Directors in planning business strategies
  • Other tasks as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Graduate university majoring in Economics, Business Administration, and related majors.
  • Having knowledge and experience in the construction materials, interior, and manufacturing industries is an advantage
  • Proficient in office computer science
  • Available to go on field trips and carry out combat missions according to monthly plans

  1. Export Sales Staff (Chinese, English)

Job Description

  1. Sales
  • Search, approach, and establish goof relationships with foreign partners to expand the market through channels
  • Receive purchasing needs from foreign partners
  • Conducting consultation and negotiation with foreign partners on the importation needs of Hoa Sen products (price, product specification, etc.), logistic requirements (transportation method – receiving goods, import port, delivery time) as well as related contents (payment method, payment time)
  • Report and give feedback to superiors on price situations to keep up with general market trends
  1. Customer service
  • Regularly exchange, grasp, and respond to customer needs regrading Hoa Sen’s services and products
  • Resolve problems during the purchasing process as well as complaints about service quality
  • Schedule reception and guide tours of the Hoa Sen factory when foreign customers work in Vietnam
  1. Business – Export Process
  • Tracking production progress and delivery of export orders
  • Support and communicate with other Departments/Offices in arranging and checking payment, insurance, and delivery operations to ensure the work progress
  • Ensure the accurate completion of Export – related transactions in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)

Job requirements

  1. Level
  • Education level: Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Professional qualifications: Economics, Law, Business Administration, etc.
  • Having knowledge of import and export
  • Foreign language: good communication in Chinese. Priority is given to those proficient in other foreign languages such as English, Spanish, etc.
  • No requirements for experience, training will be provided, and it gives priority to candidates with an orientation towards export business

  1. Sales Staff at Showroom (Chinese)

Job description

  • Consult, introduce products to customers at the showroom, and answer questions about products, services, and programs for customers
  • Provide data and product information as requested by customers/partners
  • Introduce products and brands through all communication channels to increase brand awareness.
  • Inventory, be responsible for quantity and preservation of displayed products, clean sample shelves in a showroom, and ensure showroom image is always clean and professional.
  • Receiving and resolving customer feedback and issues arising at the showroom.
  • Take care of customers before, during, and after-sales.
  • Reporting work results by day, week, month, quarter, year
  • Will discuss job details during the interview.

Job Requirements

  • No experience is required, training will be provided. Candidates with experienced sales at high-end showrooms are an advantage.
