POSITION: SALES ASSISTANT

Job description

• Project development, schedule planning, quotation, handover, sample delivery arrangement, and mass production
• Quality handling, customer complaints handling, and slow handling
• Corresponding to customers and at the factory, customs, and logistics
• Other tasks as required by Management

Requirements

• Preferably with at least one year of experience in an assistant position or related positions
• University graduate majoring in Business Administration, Commercial Business, Electrical/Electronic Engineering and related fields
• Proficient in 4 skills of Chinese
• Proficient in office software

POSITION: SALES ASSISTANT (production progress)

Job description

• Develop production plans and track achievements
• Respond and track finished product delivery dates
• Control inventory turnover days finished products
• Processing production orders, opening and closing production orders

Requirements

• Fluent in Chinese communication in 4 skills
• Experience is an advantage
• University graduate or above

POSITION: QUALITY INSPECTION ASSISTANT

Job description

• Contact NPI of new customer projects and be responsible for summarizing information Q&A about the project
• Handle customer complaints and abnormal assembly, and be responsible for integrating the final 8D report and sending it to customers
• Provide and maintain customer demand information, conduct customer site visits, and handle audit issues
• Maintain daily work for other customers

Requirements

• Fluent in Chinese in 4 skills
• No experience is required, and retaining is provided
