Job description:

+ Participating in in-depth training programs, including product knowledge, operations, and management;

+ Working directly at units and branches to gain practical experience;

+ Carrying out special projects under the guidance of experienced managers, to develop management and problem-solving skills;

+ Participating in the rotation process between the departments, to better understand the operations of the entire enterprise.

Job requirements:

+ Graduated from University/Post-Graduate with good grades or higher, majoring in Economics, Finance, Foreign Trade, Business Administration, Marketing, and other majors related to the job;

+ Computer: Proficient in using office information technology and/or specialized software related to work;

+ Foreign language: English or Chinese (IELTS: from 5.0/ TOEFL: from 57 points/ TOEIC: from 550 points or more/ Or other equivalent certificates/ For Chinese: HSK certificate 4 or higher or equivalent equivalent);

  1. INTERNAL CONTROL STAFF

Job description:

+ Synthesize data and report data;

+ Control compliance with policy regulations of branches/stores in the province;

+ Directly control and check sales documents, cash items, expenses, debts, and tools, and check imported and exported goods from branches/stores' warehouses;

+ Based on documents and records, independently review and evaluate the implementation of tasks of the units in the following aspects: organization, management, administration;

+ Identify, analyze, and evaluate risks in control work and provide recommended solutions to overcome/prevent risks;

Job requirements:

+ Graduated from College or higher majoring in Accounting, Auditing, or other related majors;

+ Proficient in office information technology, especially Excel skills;

+ Able to work independently and travel frequently;

+ Have qualities of honesty, objectivity, caution, and a high sense of responsibility.

Job description:

+ Search for suppliers that meet requirements, agree on commercial terms, and negotiate prices; ensure product specifications meet the requirements of the proposing unit and optimize costs;

+ Collect information, synthesize, and report to the Unit Head on issues related to Suppliers, negotiating commercial terms, analyzing proposals for selecting Suppliers;

+ Monitor contracts, approve prices to place orders, track payments to suppliers;

+ Some other jobs will be discussed specifically during the interview.

Job requirements:

+ University degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, International Business, Economics, Business Administration, and other related fields;

+ Minimum 1 year of experience in purchasing; elegant, manages situations well;

+ Experience in purchasing imported goods and international trade (Incoterms) is preferred;

+ Confident in communication, careful at work;

+ Have a sense of responsibility and ability to withstand high pressure;

+ Skills in summarizing information and proficiently using computers and office equipment.
