Specialist in charge of monitoring and payment of imported coal contracts/specialist in charge of procedures related to receiving coal ship

Job description

• Manage imported coal purchase contracts including ordering plans, receiving goods documents, controlling the quantity and quality of goods, procedure related to payment and contract settlement, arising issues (it any)
• Synthesize information, data, and figures to report when requested
• Perform internal procedures on management software of the Group, Corporation, and Company
• Create papers manage, and store documents related to assigned coal contracts under regulations

Requirements

• University degree in economics: International business, foreign trade, international finance, banking and finance, logistics and supply management
• Foreign language with English proficiency: listening, reading, speaking, writing equivalent to B2 or higher, or comparable to TOEIC 600/IELTS 5.5 or higher
• Skilled in office computer and software for professional work
• Understanding of international trade terms such as Incoterms, UCP, etc.
• Understanding of legal document related to work
• Knowledge of the process of implementing contract procedures – bidding
• Knowledge of legal regulations, legal documents, and current regulations of the State associated with the field of work performed
• Ability to work independently or in a group
• Withstand high work pressure, able to travel for a long period
• Health: have enough health according to the requirements of the position/title to be recruited, achieve health level III or higher according to the regulations of the Ministry of Health
• Under 35 years old
• Priority is given to candidates
• Have experience in managing international trade contracts, managing maritime logistics
• Graduated from a regular system

• Salary, income: According to the State’s policies for State-owned enterprises, regulations on salary distribution of Power Generation Corporation 1 and Duyen Hai Thermal Power Company

Working location: Duyen Hai Thermal Power Company – Mu U Hamlet, Dan Thanh Commune, Duyen Hai Town, Tra Vinh Province

Working time: According to the provisions of the Labor Code 2019
