RECRUIMENT OF OWE OPERATION COMPANY LIMITED

1. The position of “B to B intern”

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

You will support the GM Vietnam on his daily role, and more specifically on the B to B Sales part. Your missions:

Boost B-to-B sales: Boost the share of B-to-B in OWe's portfolio by recruiting new customers and contributing the 10% B2B target volume in 2024

  • Attend relevant networking events, pitch the enterprise, cold prospection on LinkedIn/ emails, leverage partners and collaborators’ network
  • Portfolio management (pricing, margin)

Support and follow current B-to-B partnerships

  • Follow-up with the projects and their next steps, attend/ organize meetings with clients, contribute to our partners’ updates newsletter and LinkedIn

Support sales strategies

  • Competition benchmark, field study, help establish or adapt the commercial policy

Awareness sessions

  • Help arrange awareness sessions with key partners in order to present the risk of an unsafe drinking options on people’s life quality

THIS INTERNSHIP IS FOR YOU IF!

  •  You have a higher education degree in a relevant field (communication, digital, business, economics, political science…)
  • You are autonomous, proactive, and organized
  • You have a good command of written and spoken english. Knowledge of vietnamese or french can be an asset too
  • You have a good command of the office pack and other relevant softwares (e.g. Canva)
  • You are motivated by OWe’s social purpose

2. The position of “Sales & Marketing Intern for Owe Brand (Purified)”

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

You will support the Sales & Marketing Manager of Vietnam on their daily role, and more specifically on the Sales, Marketing and Social Impact.

 Your role will be to support him in defining and implementing with excellence the Marketing & Sales Plan for Vietnam to ensure an “impactful growth”, so that we reach as many vulnerable people as possible.

 Marketing

Develop Brand Awareness to reach vulnerable populations.

  • Implement online strategy to push brand awareness:
    • Recommend a targeted communication Digital to boost awareness to vulnerable people
    • Implement Social Media strategy and plan on FB and Zalo, develop engaging contents to target vulnerable audiences (FB groups, etc…)
  • Implement off-line strategy:
    • Define clear vulnerable populations to target through key partnerships
    • Conduct targeted offline communication with right partners to boost awareness to vulnerable populations (waste pickers, street vendors, Grab Drivers, workers unions, etc…)

Implement Social projects to even more vulnerable people

  • Poor List program
  • HCMC Culture Department program
  • Water in School program

 Strategy (Optional)

  • Understand usage of vulnerable targets, & analyze competition and market trends spending extensive time on the field with our resellers and end-consumers to understand their profiles, daily lives, pain points and aspirations.
  • Contribute to build a relevant strategy to grow business and impact and participate to the construction of the Sales and Marketing plan with the Managing Team for 2023-2024
  • Monitor our actions (implement and follow relevant ROI and KPIs)

  • Bachelor or undergraduate student preferably in Marketing, Digital technologies, or business administration in or similar relevant field from a ranking university.
  • Proactive and problem-solving skills attitude to suggest improvements and new ideas
  • Understand marketing success is linked to excellent execution: operational, pragmatic, and hands-on mindset
  • Not afraid by field action: truth & solutions are always coming from there
  • Team player, great interpersonal and communication skills

3. The position of “Sales & Marketing Intern for Owe+ Brand (Mineralized)"

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

You will support the Sales & Marketing Manager of Vietnam on their daily role, and more specifically on the Sales, Marketing and Social Impact.

Your role will be to support him in defining and implementing with excellence the Marketing & Sales Plan for Vietnam to ensure a successful launching of the new product, so that we reach as many people as possible.

Strategy

  • Understand usage of potential customers, & analyze competition and market trends spending extensive time on the field with our resellers and end-consumers to understand their profiles, daily lives, pain points and aspirations.
  • Contribute to build a relevant strategy to grow business and impact and participate to the construction of the Sales and Marketing plan with the Managing Team for 2024
  • Monitor our actions (implement and follow relevant ROI and KPIs)

Marketing

Develop Brand Awareness to reach the targeted customers.

  • Implement online strategy to push brand awareness:
    • Implement Social Media strategy and plan on FB and Zalo, develop engaging contents
    • Follow-up the New Website development: UX, right SEO tagging, contents / stories, blog / awareness contents, deep linking with partners.
    • Recommend a targeted communication Digital to boost awareness to potential customers
  • Implement off-line strategy: conduct targeted offline communication with right partners to boost awareness to potential customers (sampling, market events, etc…)
  • Other branding opportunities: KOL, influencers, sponsorship, etc.

Sales Activation Support

  • In retailers Channel: Support Sales Team on implementation of activation tools on the field
    • Develop all the marketing tools to boost the Sales in all our channels & POS: retailers, B2B, D2C, etc…
    • Support the Retailers engagement Program
    • Execute Promotion programs to boost the Sales
  • In B to B Channel: push new strategic customers that can support our communication (Health centers & hospitals, community building apartments, etc….)

  • Bachelor or undergraduate student preferably in Marketing, Digital technologies, or business administration in or similar relevant field from a ranking university.

Position details for three positions above

  • Location: Ho Chi Minh City `
  • Start of the internship: January or February 2024
  • Duration of the internship: to be discussed, 6 months minimum to 12 months
  • Gratification included: 5 to 7 million VND per month according to experience.
  • Reporting : directly to o GM of Owe Water
  • Start date: ASAP

4. The position of “"Marketing & Social projects Manager Junior"

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

You will support the General Manager of Vietnam on his daily role, and more specifically on the Sales, Marketing and Social Impact.

Your role will be to support him in defining and implementing with excellence the Marketing & Sales Plan for Vietnam to ensure an “impactful growth”, so that we reach as many vulnerable people as possible.

As soon as your trial period is fulfilled, you will belong to the Executive Committee of the company.

Strategy

  • Understand usage of vulnerable targets, & analyze competition and market trends spending extensive time on the field with our resellers and end-consumers to understand their profiles, daily lives, pain points and aspirations.
  • Build a relevant strategy to grow business and impact and participate to the construction of the Sales and Marketing plan with the Managing Team for 2023-2024
  • Monitor our actions (implement and follow relevant ROI and KPIs)

Marketing

Implement New innovation range launch

Sales Activation Support

  • Support Sales Team on implementation of activation tools on the field
    • Develop all the marketing tools to boost the Sales in all our channels & POS: retailers, B2B, D2C, etc…
    • Support the Retailers engagement Program
  • Execute 2 promotions per year to boost the Sales

PROFILE

  • 0 to 5 years of experience as a Marketing Manager or similar position, experience in sales, marketing or digital and in the water / FMCG sector would be a plus.
  • Bachelor but preferably master in Marketing, Digital technologies, or business administration in or similar relevant field from a ranking university.
  • Strong leadership skills & critical thinker, ready to be part of the Executive Committee
  • Proactive and problem-solving skills attitude to suggest improvements and new ideas
  • Understand marketing success is linked to excellent execution: operational, pragmatic, and hands-on mindset
  • Not afraid by field action: truth & solutions are always coming from there
  • Team player, great interpersonal and communication skills

  • Reporting : hierarchical to the local GM - transversal to the Sales & Marketing Director 1001fontaines
  • Duration: long term contract

  • Remuneration: 15-25 M according to experience.
