TRI AN HYDROPOWER COMPANY

1) GENERAL STANDARDS:

A citizen of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam; not being prosecuted for criminal liability or serving a criminal sentence; Not being subject to labor discipline from reprimand or higher from another employer; Not currently banned from practicing or prohibited from doing work related to this profession; other cases as prescribed by law.

2) POSITION, QUANTITY, RECRUITMENT REQUIREMENTS:

Position of Electrical and Electronics Engineer:

a) Quantity: 03 people

b) Training Level

• Professional qualifications: Graduated from a regular university majoring in Electrical Engineering, Electrical - Electronics, Automatic Control, Measurement and Control.
• Foreign language proficiency: English certificate level A2 or higher or equivalent international certificates.
• Computer skills: Proficient in using office information technology and software for professional work.

c) Gender: both

d) Age: 22 – 45 years old.

e) Health: Achieve grade II or higher according to the regulations of the Ministry of Health.

Bachelor of Accounting position:

a) Quantity: 02 people

b) Training level:

• Graduated from a regular university majoring in Finance and Accounting, Accounting and Auditing, and Corporate Finance.
• Foreign language proficiency: English certificate level A2 or higher or equivalent international certificates.
• Computer skills: Have an office computer certificate. Proficient in using office information technology such as Word, Excel, etc

c) Gender: both

d) Age: 22 – 45 years old.

e) Health: Achieve grade III or higher according to regulations of the Ministry of Health.

3) CONTENTS OF THE EXAMINATION:

Vietnam Electricity Group will organize labor recruitment exams such as IQ, English, and Professional, and Interviews specifically as follows:

a) Exam format and location:

• IQ, English, Expertise test: on E-Learning software, Office informatics test on a personal laptop.
• Interview exam: Assess the ability to handle situations and problems that arise frequently at work; Test general understanding of economic and social fields, EVN, and Tri An Hydropower Company.
• Exam location: Tri An Hydropower Company - Hieu Liem commune, Vinh Cuu district, Dong Nai province.

b) Admission form:

• IQ subject: score 5/9 or higher;
• English subject: Achieve a level equivalent to A2 or higher or according to the foreign language requirements of the position/job title. Candidates who have an international English degree/certificate of level B1 or higher or have graduated from a university or graduate school abroad studying in English, are exempt from taking the English test;
• Office informatics subject: score 5/10 or higher;
• Professional exam score of 5/10 or higher, accounting for 40% of the total admission score;
• Interview test scores account for 60% of the total admission score.

c) Priority system in labor recruitment exam:

The priority regime for labor recruitment exams applies according to Article 14 of the Regulations on labor and wages in the Vietnam National Electricity Group issued with Decision No. 135/QD-HDTV dated October 31, 2021, of EVN Member Council.

4) REGIME FOR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES

a) Type of contract to be concluded after admission:

•  After the probationary period, if you meet the requirements, you will be given a contract according to the provisions of the Labor Code.

b) Salary, income, and other benefits:

• Be paid according to State regulations and the company's salary regulations.
• Fully implement the regimes according to the provisions of the Labor Code (participate in health insurance, social insurance, unemployment insurance, leave, holidays, Tet holidays, labor protection equipment, etc).
• Be provided with official housing during work time.
• Enjoy other benefits according to the company's regulations.

c) Working time and rest time:

•  According to the provisions of the Labor Code.

d) Work location:

•  Tri An Hydropower Company - Hieu Liem Commune, Vinh Cuu District, Dong Nai Province.

5) APPLICATION REGISTRATION DOCUMENT:

• Labor recruitment application form, curriculum vitae (Sample attached).
• Notarized copies of diplomas, certificates, certifications as required by the position applied for, and other professional licenses (if any).
• Notarized copy: Citizen identification card or identity card.
• Health certificate within 06 months from the date of issuance by a competent health agency (district-level health agency or higher).
