RESERVE ADMINISTRATOR PROGRAM – HOA SEN HOME SYSTEM

'Resource Administrator' - is a specially designed recruitment and training program of Hoa Sen Group specifically for new graduates or final-year students about to graduate from the Universities. The whole student has the desire and urge to express themselves and develop their careers at Hoa Sen Home System of Hoa Sen Group.

The program aims to discover young, passionate, and creative talents to promote and provide resources for the future management team of Hoa Sen Home System.

So what will you get when joining 'Resource Administrator - Hoa Sen Home System'?

  1. TRAINING ROADMAP

Candidates officially passing the SELECTION ROUND will participate in the RESOURCE ADMINISTRATOR PROGRAM FOR HOA SEN HOME SYSTEM with a roadmap divided into 04 stages:

  • Stage 01: Admin undertakes probationary positions as Staff at Departments/Departments/Units of Hoa Sen Home System (02 months). Admin will learn about Hoa Sen's culture, and be trained in professional knowledge, skills, and practical work experience. After that, it will be evaluated and considered to sign an official labor contract. Admin works alternately at assigned Departments/Units of the Hoa Sen Home System (10 months).
  • Stage 02: Admin works alternately at Provincial Branches and Stores (12 months). At the same time, receive training, and guidance and continue to be evaluated and considered for appointment to the position of Grassroots Management Trainee (Department Head/Store Head).
  • Stage 03: Admin carries out the roles and duties of the Department Head/Store Manager (12 months). At the same time, be trained, guided, evaluated, and considered for appointment of middle/high-level management trainee (Deputy Director of Provincial Industry/Deputy Sector/Deputy Department).
  • Stage 04: Admin carries out the roles and duties of the Deputy Director of Provincial Industry/Deputy Sector/Deputy Department (12 months). At the same time, they will be trained, guided, evaluated, and considered to complete the program to appoint appropriate management assignments officially.

After completing the Corporate Management program, personnel will continue to be trained and evaluated according to the career development roadmap at Hoa Sen Home System of Hoa Sen Group.

  • Phase 01: (13,000,000 - 15,000,000) VND/month + Reserve allowance
  • Phase 02, 03, 04: Apply according to income policy specifically for Admin

  1. JOB REQUIREMENTS

Level:

  • Graduated from University with good grades in Economics, Finance, Foreign Trade, Business Administration, Marketing, or other majors related to the job.
  • Or have academic results of Good or better for final-year students about to graduate.
  • Priority to candidates who have the spirit of constantly learning, improving, and accepting rotation and challenges in many different job positions and work units at the Group.

Experience:

  • No requirement, or priority given to candidates with leadership experience in clubs; team or part-time work experience is an advantage.

Skill:

  • Proficient in using office information technology and/or specialized software related to work.
  • Foreign language (English or Chinese) good or better.
  • Good communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
  • Able to work independently or in groups.
  1. APPLICATION PROCESS
  • Round 1: Submit application
  • Round 2: Take the online test (with a time limit and surveillance camera turned on)
  • Round 3: Online interview
  • Round 4: Face-to-face interview and presentation on 01 topic as requested
  • Round 5: Receive the training roadmap and start your journey

  • Admin will work at the following locations during the training route:
  • Representative office: No. 183 Nguyen Van Troi, Ward 10, Phu Nhuan District.
  • Head office: No. 09, Thong Nhat Street, Song Than II Industrial Park, Di An Ward, City. Di An, Binh Duong Province.
  • Hoa Sen Home Branches/Stores nationwide (according to the Company's wishes and arrangements)
