• Search for customers through online channels.
• Contact customers to confirm information with customers and track orders

• Consulting on sales on e-commerce platforms
• Make sale plans, and business reports, track promotions, and market discounts, and report on the business situation of each area/product lines
• Collect information about customer complaints. Answer questions and support customers related to the company's policies and products.
