Position: Head of Production Shift

1. Job description

• Supervise production implementation, manage work during shifts, and arrange worker standby schedules
• Guide and train workers
• Monitoring norms - Finalizing the quantity of raw materials - finished products - waste products by shift with machine operating techniques and quality management staff
• Manage - monitor the production process, and coordinate with related parties to solve arising problems
• Control personnel from related departments entering and leaving the factory.

2. Candidate requirements

• Graduated from College or higher majoring in Industrial Management, Industrial Systems Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields, etc
• Able to plan and organize work properly
• Problem-solving skills, agility, honesty, and responsibility at work
• Work by shift

Position: QC Quality Management Officer

1. Job description

• Take test samples according to regulations and work instructions.
• Record test results on the test form.
• Preserve equipment, tools, and standard samples during shift.
• Make a note for non-conforming products, that are detected as unsatisfactory.
• Hand over the error sample to the next shift for continued monitoring
• Make a report to stop the machine if the technician fixes the product error beyond the prescribed time of 30 minutes
• Notify the on-duty technician and the production shift leader when detecting unsatisfactory products and instruct workers to isolate and re-check the batches on the production line

2. Candidate requirements

• Graduated from college or higher: Food industry, Quality assurance, Chemical engineering technology, etc
• Able to work independently, problem-solving ability.
• Honest, active, creative, with a high sense of responsibility
• Pay attention to every small detail throughout the work process
• Work by shift
