16TH FUTURE LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

FUTURE LEADERS PROGRAM GEN 16 (FLP 16)

Charoen Pokphand Group(C.P Group) is a corporation operating in animal feed production, livestock farming, and processing in Thailand that has been successful and developed for more than 100 years. During more than 30 years of doing business in Vietnam, CPV has made significant contributions to providing clean food sources for Vietnamese people. Besides promoting business activities, the company also focuses on training human resources to inherit its business activities, so the company's Board of Directors has built a highest level recruitment program to train future leaders for CP Group

For the 2024 FLP16 program, the Board of Directors' goal is to select 10 people to develop the pork processing business in Binh Thuan, Lam Dong, Vung Tau, and neighboring provinces.

1. SELECTION PROCESS

• Round 1: Check the candidate's suitability through CV - Application
• Round 2: Online Interview
• Round 3: Examination in online test (SHL test)
• Round 4: Face-to-face interview at CP Vietnam Company. Main office: No. 2, Street 2A, Bien Hoa 2 Industrial Park, Bien Hoa City, Dong Nai Province
• Note: 100% English interview

2. REQUIREMENTS

• No experience is required, training will be provided
• Not more than 26 years old
• Good communication in English or Thai
• Graduated from University or have a temporary graduation certificate in the fields of Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Medicine, Food, Biology, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Marketing, Logistics, Finance, Economics, Environment, etc
• Grade point average (GPA) from 7.0/10 or 2.75/4.0
• Able to adapt and accept movement

3. WELFARE

• Total income from 17-19 million VND/month, not including travel expenses if any, and salary increase of 10-30%/year
• 100% support for hotel costs, meals, cars with driver, air tickets, etc. when traveling on business
• Sign official labor contract immediately after successful interview. Receive 100% salary and pay all types of insurance (health insurance, social insurance, unemployment insurance) right in the probationary month
• Support of 20 million VND/year for medical examination and treatment costs for critical illnesses (if any)
• Commitment to a stable, professional working environment and compliance with current labor laws and other welfare policies of the Company
