BVSC's annual program searching for Potential Future Generations - Next Gen 2024 officially opens applications and welcomes candidates interested in the financial industry to apply. After four years of implementation, NextGen is proud to be a recruitment program that provides a professional training path designed to foster skills and improve professional qualifications for the talented young generation who are dreaming of Dream of building a solid career.
To help students develop in-depth knowledge suitable for each job position, the learning and practice process at Next Gen 2024 will always be accompanied by enthusiastic lecturers and mentors who hold managers/seniors positions at BVSC.
Next Gen 2024 officially opens recruitment for the following positions: Personal Financial Consulting (Broker), Analysis (Analyst), System Testing (Tester), Information Technology (IT), and Human Resources (HR) ( details for each area in Hanoi & Ho Chi Minh City)

🤔 Participation conditions
▪️ Final year students who are waiting for a degree/have just graduated within two years from universities and colleges with majors in economics, finance - banking, business administration, economic law, information technology, Marketing
▪ Tave a passion for business or the financial - securities field;
▪️ Can join the full-time program from April 2024 (for HCM) and May 2024 (for Hanoi)
🛣️ Next Gen 2024 Roadmap:
After passing the Selection round, candidates will become official students of the program and go through 3 stages of Training - Training - Actual combat:
🌟 For Brokers positions:
▪️ Level 1 - Training: Learn general knowledge about the securities industry, compliance culture, products, and services at BVSC.
▪️ Level 2 - Training: Continue to acquire more in-depth knowledge of fundamental analysis, technical analysis, reading and understanding reports & essential business processes.
▪️ Level 3 - Practical work: Experience real-life work with the knowledge, skills, and working with customers learned from the two levels above.
🌟 For non-Brokers positions (Analysis, Human Resources, Tester, and IT):
▪️ Level 1 - Training: Training in general knowledge of the securities industry, compliance culture, and integration.
▪️ Level 2+3 - Training+Practice: On-the-job training, setting job goals under the guidance of a mentor, and final evaluation method according to job JD.
📣 At the end of the three stages, students with the highest total score according to the evaluation criteria will be officially recruited.
