1. Qualification and request:

 Ability to work in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment
 Self-starter/strong initiative/strong work ethic
 Strong computer skills working
2. Job description:
 Seeking for the customers and handle all incoming calls, answer inquiries, take and
forward messages.
 Meeting and understanding your customers' needs.
 Check and Verify Payment.
 Communicating internally important feedback from customers.
 Making the contact, order forms or solving arising with the design apartment.
2. Salary and benefits
 Salary: 4 000 000 – 5 000 000/ month + attractive bonuses according to works
 The social insurance, health insurance system as prescribed
 No time constraints, based on the performance of each month.
2. Painters / Interior Design. Quantity: 02
1. Qualification and request:

 Having knowledge of interior design of apartments, houses;
 Proficient in interior design software: sketchup, 3dsmax, Vray, photoshop.
 Fluently use Autocad to develop 2D drawings;
 Have great ideas and be flexible, creative;
 Understand interior decoration materials;
2. Job description:
 Seeking for the customers, meeting the need’s customer and consulting the concept
 Surveying, measuring and drawing up the actual status
 Plans for layout of interior 2D and 3D perspective design;
 Supervising and ensuring the construction accordance with design drawings;
 Understand new types of materials and models in the market;
 Other tasks assigned by the superiors.
2. Salary and benefits
 Salary: 4 000 000 – 5 000 000/ month + attractive bonuses according to works
