1. Job title: Sales trainee

2. Department: Sales

3. Reporting to: Channel sales manager

4. Job responsibilities:

In charge of Modern Trade Sales channel operations:

(1) SALES REVENUE

  • Support in pushing Sales-in, sell-out to achieve the sales target.
  • Collaborating with sales team & internal teams for implementing marketing/sales scheme/trade promotion to maximize the sales revenue.

(2) ACCOUNT EXPANSION

  • Support in maintaining strong relationships with key clients, identifying opportunities for up-selling & cross-selling, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Store visit to collect market information, resolve problems/complaints and expand more clients.
  • Discuss and negotiate with clients for sell out pushing & implement sell-out activities to ensure excellent sales execution.

(3) SALES PLANNING & MANAGEMENT

  • Monitor & control sales forecasting by customers, months, categories, and models.
  • Collect & analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify business opportunities and develop strategies to drive sales growth.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to DMX Sales Head.

All of other related tasks assigned by DMX Sales Head

In charge of Purchase order, Contract & Payment, DMS System and Customer service of assigned channels

(1) PURCHASE ORDER (PO):

  • Receive PO, follow up delivery & payment process with key clients
  • Collect data to prepare daily/monthly sales & stock report 
  • Work closely with Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries

(2) CONTRACT & PAYMENT MANAGEMENT

  • Prepare & follow up sales contracts
  • Follow up payment & collect account receivable on time

(3) DMS SYSTEM: 

  • Provide guidelines & deploy DMS system to clients
  • Coordinate with internal teams to handle all issues relating to DMS system

(4) CUSTOMER SERVICE:

  • Contact with key clients for all related information and queries about PO, payment, feedback, sales scheme…

All of other related tasks assigned by Line Manager

5. Job requirements:

Education background:

  • Undergraduate or Bachelor’s degree in BA/Finance/Commerce or Equivalent

Experience:

  • No experience required

Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) 
  • Proficiency in Chinese or/and English
  • Excellence in communication & negotiation skills
